RTI reply recieved, futher assistance required

Require your assistance on this.
Several RTI filed in local Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, H-West ward, Bandra West, Mumbai to have a strong evidence on the illegal construction near our house causing structural damage to the house.
Have also received a reply from 2 sub-departments confirming the fact that the construction is indeed illegal.
However, authorities are not acknowledging the data & no serious action taken yet. One official also suggested that we could pay some chai panni & get things begun.
Seeking your help on this.
