Promoting Engineers illegally without proper gradation list since 2004 in BBMP

The Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) is promoting engineers and other officials without proper gradation list published since 2004 is illigal. Eventhough the final gradation list is not prepared and published by the BBMP authorities which is mandatory to publish every year. The officials are promoted twise or thrise is illigal kindly get us the details for this

Iam herewith filing an application under S.6 of the RTI Act. Kindly furnish the following information/documents. Iam ttaching an IPO for Rs.10/- towords the fees as required under the Act.
1. Whether any Gradation list has been prepared for the regular staff working in BBMP? 2. If the answer is yes,when was the said list last updated/revised? 3.Whether the gradation list has been notified for the information of the emploees as required under the rules? 4. Pl provide a copy of the Gradation list for the category of engineering staff and lerical staff.

As specified by the PIO we may need to clarify the cadres which the information is required in this case Junior Engineers, Assistant Engineers, Assistant Executive Engineers, Executive Engineers, Superientending Engineers and Chief Engineers
Also need to clarify the year you may ask for from 2000 to till date
