RTI Requests

Sub:-Information under RTI Act 2005.

Ref:- Contract agreement No:- MW/ELM/S/8/BECO[DRIVE] dtd.27.01.10.

Respected Sir,

With due respect and humble submission I would like to know the following information under the stipulated time frame of the provisions under the RTI Act 2005:-

1. Photocopy of the file noting from initial proposal to final approval of the contract agreement no-MW/ELM/S/8/BECO[DRIVE] dtd.27.01.10.

2. Photocopy of the contract sgreement.

3. Photocopy of the letters issued by CLW Administration to the firms requesting them to submit their offer/quatation for the upgradation of Drive system for BECO Wheel Lathe machine.

4. Photocopy of the letters received by CLW Administration from the interested firms alongwith offer/quatation for the upgradation of Drive system for BECO Wheel Lathe machine.

5. Photocopy of the Tender Notice/Quatation as published by CLW Administration for the upgradation of Drive system for BECO Wheel Lathe machine in English, Hindi and bangali.

6. Photocopy of the estimate proposal as prepared by CLW Administration for the upgradation of Drive system for BECO Wheel Lathe machine.

7. Photocopy of the gate pass/challans of the materials used for the upgradation of Drive system for BECO Wheel Lathe machine.

8. Photocopy of the permit issued by the CLW Administration to the concerned persons of the firm for entry into the workshop for upgradation of Drive system for BECO Wheel Lathe machine.

9. Photocopy of the OEM Certificates submitted by the firm for the materials used for the upgradation of Drive system for BECO Wheel Lathe machine.

10. Photocopy of the completion certificate along with the name of issuing officials for the upgradation of Drive system for BECO Wheel Lathe machine.

11. Photocopy of the inspection certificate along with the name of the issuing officials for the upgradation of Drive system for BECO Wheel Lathe machine.

12. Photocopy of the receipt of Program Loading device with necessary software for the PLC programming as supplied by the firm for the upgradation of Drive system for BECO Wheel Lathe machine.

13. Photocopy of the documentation as maintained by the office for the Program Loading device with necessary software for the PLC programming as supplied by the firm for the upgradation of Drive system for BECO Wheel Lathe machine.

14. Photocopy of the documents for the materials deposited in the store for the dismantled materials.

15. Photocopy of the Break down/Failure of the system till date.

16. Photocopy of the letter issued to the firm for the repair of breakdown/Failure of the system.

17. Photocopy of the Bill Payment to the firm.

I require the information to know whether the process adopted is fair and transparent.
