Illegal construction and unauthorized buildings and house in BDA layout corner and intermediate residential site in HBR layout1st stage 2nd block which are not allotted and auctioned by BDA .

Dear sir,

Please help in below details.

The details as follows:-

  • Illegal construction and unauthorized building in BDA sites.
  • The BDA sites are not auctioned or brought by the BDA approval but constructed and occupied by unauthorized persons.
  • The unauthorized persons are flouted BDA norms in our area.
  • There is amalgamation between unauthorized persons and BDA officials.
  • According to BDA rules, residential constructions cannot exceed three storeys (ground pulse two floors).
  • But in 9th main road 1st stage 2nd block brindavana nagar named as  yaseen nagar HBR Layout the corner sites one is fully developed flats and on same main road one more under construction Apartments is building, when it was asked it was told that some higher officials and some lawyer persons are involved in this acts.
  • Even though knowing it’s illegal by BDA official giving sanction orders for building plan.
  • Making duplicate paper of the land documents and constructing the houses and buildings with officials and also collided with the land lord (Only is sons are alive).
  • With the help of the officials they are also constructing the Apartments and flats.
  • Though the Engineering member of the BDA official as the details is not taking any action.
  • The Executive engineer is also having the detailed plan were the illegal structures, building and the layout formation made.
  • Now it’s also noticed that some portion of the layout are allotted but it cannot be traced as there is no proper guideline are map in the layout and the allottees are not traceable the site if it’s traced it will be captured by unauthorized.
  • With the help of the officials the unauthorized person put false O.S no. and show false court orders and also false site nos..
  • This matter may be taken to the sleeping BDA Commissioner and to the task force demolition for proper action etc. As we reported but no action been taken till now.
  • One more important point sir you can notice that in The list of Unauthorized layouts developed in BDA Jurisdiction by Private House Building Co-operative Societies there is no HBR layout name as there are many illegal layouts are made and in that each masque are built.
  • Sir one more most important point I want to share is a raid by Karnataka lokayukta with press interest to the BDA, BBMP, BESCOM, BWSSB officials who are collided and the matter may be concerned for taking necessary action against the culprits and also it may exposed of the officials in media so that in future no such cases may not happen.
  • Sir most important point is that at present in HBR 1st stage 2nd block 9th cross road with the help of an lawyer some person are constructing apartment in which the site is residential propose and as per BDA norm it should be auctioned first to allot it and then only a person can construct a house but it’s been amalgamate the sites. There are all most six to eight sites are clubbed and being constructed.

     

    As now we cannot think of corrupt government to make any help from their side hence we the residence of HBR LAYOUT asking the media/press persons for the help and the matter may be concerned and solved.

    In the above said matter we will be very grateful to you sir, I once again thanking you for the act of kindness.

    This was forwarded to press and also to Governor but no action been taken in this we are urging to get the RTI and it may be done legally.All the  unauthorized structures may be demolished and allotted legally by auction and through BDA norms .

    One thing is sure that, in the recent days ,there is increase in unauthorized construction upon BDA property in Bangalore.
    •It is rightly mentioned in the complaint that BDA commissioner Mr.Bharat Lal meena is sleeping commissioner. Ever since he took over as BDA commissioner, there is considerable increase in land theft cases and encroachers are enjoying upon BDA property.
    •Also BDA Law section is so worst that the BDA Advocates collude with encroachers and help them to get easily STAY ORDERS against BDA by hiding important documents to the Court.

    • There is no follow-up of cases filed by encroachers by BDA Engineers and Law officers. Simple matter takes decades to get vacated in the court due to BDA Advocates and Engineering section not file objections anwritten satementscorrtly and shw officialfavors to encroaches.
    •Also encroachers are not fear of BDA Task force- as even if public make complains to BDA Task Force , as Task Force is depends on report from Concerned Engineering section.

    •Since Commissioner is not reacting efctively to Public grievances, we can find corruption in all the sections of BDA in the Head office at Sankey Road law secon,DS section etc.

    •Finally I can say ‘IT IS EASY TO ENCROACH UPON BDA PROPERTY’.

    •BDA is now badly in need of competent Hoest Admnisator lke ‘Mr. Jaykar Jerome’ who gave real life to BDA when it was pathetic condition.

    • Also it is better to file Criminal case against BDA Top officials before Hon’ble Lokayukta Court on grounds of dereliction of duty in allwing illegal encroachments upon Govt property.
