I want to bring attention on the loot of public schools in uttar pradesh.  Ordinance of UP Govt. makes mandatory registration of non aided english medium public schools and restricts the heads under which fee can be charged. Also that 80 % of  amount of fee collected has to be spent on salary of teachers and staff.  ” Delhi public school, Eldeco, Raibareilly Road, Lucknow” is taking Rs 22000/- as admission fee (in clear violation of GO) which makes a sum of Rs 52 lacs (22000x 240) for one branch. The school is also charging very high quarterly fee and increasing 15 % per year and teachers and staff are under paid . The story is same for every public school in lucknow. Parents can’t complain due to fear of harassment of their ki. Most of the public schools belong to politicians/ big contractors /bureaucrats/ muslemans. Please do the needful.

I seek following information in respect of Delhi public school, Eldeco, Raibareilly Road, Lucknow

1.  Copy of self declaration cum application of recognition

2. Copy of inspection report of school

3. sanction intake of school

4. admission fee detail and monthly/quarterly fee detail

5.  annual fee income including admission fee,  annual salary expenditure, and maintenance expenditure of financial year 2011-12.

6. definition of donation and capitation fee

    The details of PIO is correct as per the website (http://bed.up.nic.in/page1.htm) of primary educaion department, government of uttar pradesh, lucknow.

      Dear Sir,
      Can you give me the exact postal address for the PIO. I am unable to find that detail on the website.
      As Mr. Skywalker mentions, we can always write c/o PIO to that particular department

    Its always better to address the application to c/o PIO, of that particular department. If you are not sure about department, just send it to that ministry, they will take care.
