Kindly provide information regarding Government Accommodations with present occupants departments wise in new mandi Gharsana Sri Ganganagar as under-
1. Name of allotting authority for different department govt accommodation
2. Copy of allotment letter for present occupants for each house for all the departments’ accommodations
3. Total accommodations, Occupied & vacant accommodation department wise as on 6 th February 2012
4. Whether all occupants are eligible for that that particular accommodation in which he is staying , rent is deducted from salary or not (details person wise)
5 How many illegal occupant are staying in govt accommodations &what action taken to vacate these accommodation .who is responsible for taking this action

1. Please specify the period in Q 1 from when to when you want to get the copies of allotment letter.
2. In Q 4 please specify a date, as on when the status of accommodations is required.
3. If possible, please dispense with the requirement of photocopies of each allotment letter, as huge no of copies will both, strangulate office work as well as become cumbersome for you to receive.
