    Note 1: You are requested to follow section 7 (3) of RTI Act 2005 for providing information / providing with the photocopies of supporting documents related to the informations requested above.
    Note 2: Following points ( a to d ) are for your kind information and consideration :
    a. If all / part of information sought in Para 1 ( a to f ) is held by or relted to another public authority, I request you to follow Section 6 (3) of the RTI Act 2005. To transfer the application or such part of it to that other public authority within five days of the receipt of this application and provide an intimation on the same.
    b. As prescribed under Section 7 (1) of the RTI Act 2005, I request you to provide the information sought within 30 day period of receipt of the application. Any delay in good faith of providing the above information can be communicated in advance.
    c. As per provision of RTI Act 2005, I request you to provide your details such as Name and Designation and Office address for further communication, if required.
    d. As per provisions of RTI Act 2005, I request you to provide an acknowledgement for reciving the application, the acknowledgment would consist of date of receipt , file number/ application id and the details of the public information officer, OR you can send a photocopy of the application with countersign and sign and seal of the receiving office and other details of receipt.

    Dear applicant please obtain a print out of my above drafted version of your querry . Enclose a postal order worth Rs 10 in the favour of Public Information offivcer, as fee of application under Right to information act 2005.
    Send it to the address by speed post and give the consignment no of same as a reply to this comment so that a track can be kept. Thanx

    Any good reason why KIDDIES CORNER SCHOOL, NAYA BAZAR , GWALIOR should come under RTIA 2005 ( even if you address the RTI application to the District Education Officer)?

    MAy be, this school is beinf partially/ fully funded by govt.

    If he was privy to this information he would not have tested your drafting skills.Minor SD of RTI application is to first check which side of the law you stand.
