Sub: Application under the RTI Act, 2005 regarding Accreditation of Energy Auditors.
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please provide me following information with respect to the subject matter:
1. How many Certified Energy Auditors ( CEAs ) have been certified by BEE since the year 2004
2. How many CEAs have applied for the accreditation.
3. How many have been interviewed so far
4. The details of marks obtained by each candidate as per the notified procedure.
5. The names and designations of official who verified the various eligibility documents submitted by the candidates.
6.Are these officials on permanent roll of BEE or on temporary basis?
7. Copies of the presentations made by the candidates during the oral interview and marks given by each of the members of Accreditation Advisory Committee.
8. The details of procedure to be adopted now for notification of names of the Accredited Energy Auditors
9. When the first list of Accredited Energy Auditors will be notified?
10. What is the time frame for Interview of other candidates who have so far not been called for the oral Interview?
11. The details of experience of the evaluators in energy audit who evaluated the energy audit reports.
12. Whether the relevant regulation for accreditation is proposed to be amended? If yes,what are the amendments proposed?

This RTI Application has been drafted by us.It is now ready to file.
However we do not think that filing this RTI Application will lead to any threat or harassment to the applicant.We are facing a severe crunch of volunteers and are currently overburdened with other applications of the sort which might lead to harassment of the applicant.As it is our duty to cater to their cause beforehand, hence there might significant delay in filing this application.We hence request the original RTI requester to file this RTI Application himself/herself.
