IIIT Allahabad Director M D Tiwari still continue (since long 13 years) after completion of his tenure on 21 jan 2012.

I am a student of IIIT Allahabad and request you to please help and save us form terror of M. D. Tiwari, Director, IIIT Allahabad
M. D. Tiwari (MDT) has been director of IIITA from its foundation, it’s been twelve (12) years and he is still continuing on this post. Dr. M.D. Tiwari has been appointed as OSD (Officer on Special Duty) of this institute year back to 1999 by then MHRD ministry and since then he has been holding the position. It’s a rare case when the same person has continued as the director of the single institute for such a long time.
As per information obtained from RTI, his tenure has been finished on 21 jan. 2012. still he is continuing as director of IIIT Allahabad.
He has been dissolved the BOG (Board of Governors) and made BOM (Board of management) and became Chairman of BOM. There is no any provision of BOM in Memorandum of Association of IIITA (a document containing bylaws and rules).
Due to irregularities made by him, an inquiry committee has been setup by BOG on march 2011, chaired by retired HC judge A. K . Srivastava and one member Dr. Devi Singh, Director, IIM Lucknow. the committee has been submitted his report on 25 December 2011. the report is against MDT. We are not able to get that report as BOG is not responding in this regard.

I completely understand the issue and empathize with you.
Now, for am pure RTI point of view, we can request particular documents from govt. departments.
In your particular case, we can ask this particular enquiry report from the BOG ..
Is this something , you would desire ? If so , we can file an RTI to the PIO of the IIT-A and request him to provide the copy of the report of the enquiry
