There are gross violations of rules in promotion from State Service employee to All India Service (IAS) in Rajasthan
These promotions were not done according to merits .but recommendations are made according to their loyalty.
1. Give the list of State Service employee for whom recommendations for promotion to IAS was made, their designation, was promotion granted or rejected. From January 1 2001 to January 1 2012
2. Give the list separately for the persons who were granted the promotion & not granted. Give reasons for granting the promotions & rejecting the same
3. Give the ACR report of state service employee for preceding 5 years for which recommendations were made for promotion to IAS
4. Give record about departmental inquiry, civil or criminal litigation pending against for the persons mentioned in serial no 1( give complete details)
5. Give Detail guidelines for promotion from State Service employee to All India Service (IAS) in Rajasthan.
