Delhi Police takes Rs.50-70 Crore per month average-Rs.600-700 Crore per annum as bribe from all venders and shop keepers. It is collected on monthly fixed rate basis and distributed among Police,Judiciary and Media.

I would like to know :
1. The Bank accounts the money is distribute/remitted.
2. The name of the media houses taking share of the money and the percentage they take.
3. Balance money what Delhi Police does-who all are beneficiaries in the department.
4. How it is distributed.

        1. It is non RTI non-CVC till some proof is shown. You cannot openly accuse the police (irrespective of what we know) in writing.
        2. You can be sued for libel/defamation. Even the court on a PIL will impose a penalty.

      The Police know how to destroy evidence. THis worm is boring at the core of our system. They know how to destroy evidence because they are trained to do it.
      One thing I would say…most of the Indians have got this attitude of safe and comfort and we are paying for it.

    CVC has a written rule that they will not disclose the identity of the person who files the complaint..

    I am struggling to figure out how we can file an RTI here .. to find the amount of bribe here
    RTI is about getting specific govt. documents and if those documents have discrepancies, then we expose them

    These bribes you are talking will all be in cash .. I would say, sending a complain to CVC, as suggested by Mr. Skywalker, makes more sense here

    Information regarding illegal Bangladeshi immigrants ?

    1. is there any special cell or department of delhi police where citizen can complaint about the illegal Bangladeshi immigrants.

    2. if there is any department of cell for Bangladeshi immigrants please provide the list/contact details of it

    3. Did Delhi Police Issued any Guidelines to the Delhi’s citizen, RWA’s to the identify illegal Bangladeshi immigrants? if any guideline is there please provide here also in written?
