Data handling policy of UPSC

Dr. Kulbir Singh, PIO & Joint Director, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi- 110069

1) Who handles the data of various candidates collected before/during the conduct of various examinations of  Union Public Service Commission ?

2) Whether the aforesaid data collection or/and processing is outsourced to any company ?

3) The policy of Union Public Service Commission regarding handling, safekeeping and destruction (if any) of the candidates’ data. Specifically, whether proper policy exists for the prevention of misuse of sensitive data collected (like scanned signatures) ?
