the above organisation is a public trust registered with the charity commissioner of mumbai. I would like to have certified true copies of the following documents :

first application of the trustees or members to the charity commissioner seeking registration/formation of the AKHILA BHARATA SADHU SANGAM

all attachments, enclosures, forms, declarations, affidavits, submissions and written communication that forms part of the initial application including minutes of the meeting of the members/trustees attached

copy of the approval of the charity commissioner

copy of application of the organisation to income tax for tax exemption

copy of the byelaw or any document that governs the functioning of the trust

details of the bank a/c number, name of the bank, branch

copies of audited accounts of the trust/sangam from inception till Dec 31, 2011

communication exchanged i.e communication originated from the trust/Sangam to the charity commission’s office and the replies alongwith all enclosures if any.

copies of notices issued by the charity commissioner to the trust since inception
