    Dear Sir
There are few things, that I need clarification —
Are you planning to file this RTI application yourself ? Because this seems like a perfectly well drafted RTI application and I do not see any kind of threats, in asking these questions.

Also, you want to inspect the relevant records (1B), which would be practically very difficult for anybody who files this application from some other state

  2. Anand Sharma says:

Based on the private email recieved from the original applicant, I am moving this to Drafted RTI section, after removing section 1B

  3. classic construction says:

Kindly submit the above RTI to prevent corruption in LIC.

  4. Param - RTI Anonymous Team Member says:

One of our volunteers has filed this application. However as he is a novice in filing RTI applications in RTI Anonymous, he has not kept track of the Speed Post Consignment Number.
The Speed Post Consignment Number is one of these five numbers:
    ED904300447IN
    ED904300504IN
    ED904300433IN
    ED904300583IN
    ED904300570IN
We apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused.

  5. classic construction says:

Please file this RTI to stop corruption and nepotism in transfers of engineering officers in LIC. Some good and honest engineers are suffering due to frequent transfers whereas some corrupt engineers are enjoying in one place/ Zone for last 10 to 5 years and busy in making money. LIC is a public sector. I have closely watched the corruption and nepotism in transfers of Engineers in LIC.
