BPL card holder details

as there are lot of fake BPL card in Gharsana panchyat smiti.I need list of persons having BPL card with complete details of card holders.
kindly help me draft RTI applications for the same

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    Please provide me the following information with regards to Below Povery Line (BPL) cards in Gharsana under the Right to Information Act.
    Please inform me the total Number of Below Poverty Line (BPL)card holders. For each BPL card, tell me the name of the head of the respective family and number of members of that family.

    We have drafted this RTI application. It is now ready to be filed. We request the applicant to file this RTI himself. We are now moving this RTI to “resolved non-anonymous RTI’s”.

    Why “resolved non-anonymous RTI’s” ???

    This could be one of such RTI where the applicant may be targeted by Gundas who are in connection with the officers of Civil Supply Officer who issued the BPL card.

    From RTI application perspective, If all the data is fed into computer then it would be a matter of few minutes of work of PIO to fetch the information, else he may ask you to avail the option of Inspection of records, and during inspection you can select the pages which you want to be photocopied, the same will be given to you on the same day or will be sent to your address..

    Please decide on what is needed here before you file this.. May be you have to avail the option of inspection of records..

      by Civil Supply Officers I mean those people in tahshildar office…

        Dear Sir,
        The applicant has himself/herself mentioned that “kindly help me draft RTI applications for the same”.The applicant has just requested us to draft the RTI Application and not to file it in our names.Hence we have put it in “Resolved Non-Anonymous RTIs” category.
