I need reply to below questions regarding the public works happened during last five years from Jan-2006 to Dec-2011.

1) What was the total income of  Mira-Bhayander Mahanagar palika Jan-2006 to Dec-2011.?

2) What all public related works(New Roads, Road Repairs) had been initiated and completed and in progress as of now?

3) Who were the contractor completed the above works?

4) How have they been awarded the tenders for the works?

5) What was the total spending on each of the above works?

6) Persons responsible to review the progress of the roads and quality of the roads? Share the reports of such reviews?

    Since RTI is about asking for specific documents and information, I have rephrased your queries. The only thing, we cannot ask is the Q4.

    The other thing I need is you to confirm the exact details & addresses of the Public Information Officer

    3. Please provide the names of the Contractors, who were awarded the above tender of the public works

    4. Please provide the complete details of the expenditure for each of the above mentioned public works

    5. Please provide the name of the Person/government officer, who is responsible to review the progress of the roads and the quality of the roads of Mira-Bhayandar Mahanagar Palika

        Legally as per the act we shouldget a reply back in 30 days .. But usually they delay this .. and then we may hve to file an appeal etc.
        So lets wait for the 30 days thing for now.
        If we get a reply, we will upload the docs on the website and you can then download it for ur use
