I was booked on flight G8-201 from Delhi to Bangalore on the 17th oct 2011 which was scheduled to leave @ 9.20 , I reached the airport  between 8.30 & 8.40 was directed by a Go Air employee to stand in the line for all flights , in which I stood for some time then realizing that if I continued to stand in the line the Flight would take off without me so when I again approached a Go Air employee I was directed to Meet Mr. Vineet  Behl the duty manager  who said that the check in was closed for the flight @ 8.40 wherein they had made an announcement which I am sure was  not made, thereafter I had to pay Rs. 3045 to rebook another ticket on Go Air in the evening .

I want to know the following from DGCA & Go air

1) what is the policy for closing check ins

2) what time did the flight G8-201 take off  & what time did Boarding for the flight take place.

3) was there any delay in which I could have been accommodated

4) what was the capacity factor for the flight

5) How many passengers are exploited every day by Go Air on these pretexts

6) My particular case can be checked thru the security cameras at the airport

7) How many tickets were sold by Go Air for G8 201 in the last 3 hours before take off
