Provide me details regarding free medicine scheme
1.give the details of bidder from whom medicine are procured.
2.provide copy of agreement with the bidder who supply medicine.
3.give me list of medicine for OPD and indoor patients separately.
4.Agreed price of medicine to be procured.
5.No of distribution point for medicine hospital wise .
6.copy of account details of free medicine expenditure.
7.Name and details including place of present posting of pharmacist operating the medicine distribution
9.Provide me copy of guidelines for doctors for supply of medicine to OPD patients for acute & chronic illness .
10.is adequate facility is available for storage of medicine which are to be stored at 2 to 8 degree centigrade.
