to get the proof of “date of birth” of the state government employee
sir/madam;
i want to ask you that if i want the proof of “date of birth” of state government employee under r.t.i act-2005 is it possible, please guide me and send me the format of application to get the proof of “date of birth”.
i want to know that to get the birth certificate proof then can i demand for the birth certificate of that state government employee or another way please guide me regarding this matter.
actually i want to know the “date of birth” of miss. uma d/o rajaram vaishy who is doing the job as a government teacher. and she is appointed from the “jilla janpad panchayat” badnagar ujjain madhya pradesh. i want to know the proof of “date of birth” because i am sure that she has given her false date of birth to get the job in government department.
please guide me and if possible please make the application for the same
