RO Water Purifier FAILED to give the Service under warranty

I purchased RO Water Purifier from your ION Exchange DSA in Bhayander, Thane, Maharashtra. He has promised to provide 4 Services during one year Warranty and Free Replacement of RO and Carbon cartridge. Till now he has given only 2 services and refuse to provide the remaining service with the free replacement.

    Dear Sir,
    This is not the platform for such complaints. I would suggest you file a complaint to the consumer court.
    RTI Anonymous is a platform meant to file RTI’s to obtain govt. documents from various govt. agencies, without the identity of the original applicant being disclosed
