We would like to have copies of all internal and external communication (written, memos, inter-departmental memos, notices, confidential notes, orders, investigation reports etc.) related to:

1. S Balan chairman & MD upto  31.7.2005.

2. details of withholding of PF dues of any senior staff/director for the years 2004 to 2010

    Dear Sir,
    Please provide me the following information under the Right To Information Act.

    1. Please provide me the names of all the senior staff members including director of the Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd. whose Provident Fund dues were withheld in the tenure of Mr. S. Balan as a Chairman and Managing Director of the Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd. Also mention the amount withheld for above mentioned staff members.

    2. I would also like to have a copy of all the communications (written, memos, inter-departmental memos, notices, confidential notes, orders, investigation reports etc.) related to Provident Fund from the office of the Chairman and Managing Director of Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd. during the above mentioned time period.

    We are moving this to “Drafted RTI’s (Ready to File)” category.

    RTI question to the information officer please let me know details of the scam, controversy or any investigation by any government /statutory/judicial /official/legal authority during mr Balan’s tenure and any memo / show cause or superior’s remarks from Mr.balan’s personal records
