Required PRO Details from Petroleum House

I need your help with the PRO of IOCL Petrol Pump for initiating action…..The Owner of Western Express Highway Petrol pump near Kashi Mira Gao, Thane Distt. refused to provide his name and argued with me with challenge that “Who am I to teach him manners and human rights” I am not allowed to fill the FUEL at this GAS Station. Will you provide me the apology letter from the owner. He has very badly scolded worker at the Petrol pump without any Fault.

    RTI ACT 2005 is meant to obtain official govt. documents and information from govt. departments. RTI-A enables people to obtain this information/documents anonymously , thus making them safe from any kind of harm

    RTI will not be able to help you on this

    Can I demand to know the Escalation of Petroleum officers managing Petrol pumps.?

    Sir,

    This cannot be addressed thru RTI at this stage.

    You can take up the matter with Human Rights Commission.. There is a online portal for submission of Human Rights violation cases.
