RTI for claim of domestic water Purifier Companies
In some area of Bhopal ground water is contaminated due to Union Carbide Wastage. Bhopal was suffering from serious water problem from last few years. Some local peoples are drink ground water cleaned with domestic water purifiers. Local retailers and agents of water purifier companies are claiming that water purifiers system can remove the contamination of ground water. I want to file RTI to appropriate authority about this claim of domestic water Purifier Companies.

It is nice to see people coming forward for such issues. I firmly believe that we will surely achieve complete transparency state in public offices if the people like you come forward.
But unfortunately RTI act-2005 is only applicable on the governmental organisations not the private ones, so we can not force private companies to give the above mentioned information.
As this matter is not concerned with RTI’s we are moving it to “Resolved Non-RTI’s”.
RTI can file to “Ministry of Drinking water and Sanitation”. We can ask them list of domestic water purifier system that work on this condition. Please draft RTI for me
