Kindly let me know the following regarding the road from Jabugam Village to Alipura Village, which comes in Pavijetpur Taluka, and partly in Sankheda Taluka of District Baroda, Gujarat.
1) Who is responsible for maintenance work of the road from Jabugam to Alipura villages? Give me the list of responsible officials with contact details, phone numbers and email address.
2) How much money has been spent on the maintenance of the road in year 2010-11 and 2011-12? How much budget is allocated and how it has been spent for the same. please give me details.
3) To whom the Contract for maintenance of the road is allotted. Give me name,address, contact number of the contractor. What are the terms and conditions in the contract agreement while allotting work of road construction and maintenance to any contractor. What is the process of selecting a contract. Give me details of the same.
4) How many written or verbal complaints have you received in the year 2010-11 and 2011-12 regarding the pathetic condition of the road? What action has been taken till now? Kindly send me detailed report.
5) The condition of the road continuously remains pathetic which is a public hazard. Has any action being taken against the officials responsible for the maintenance of the road? If yes, what action has been taken, give me details. If no, what are the reasons for that?

What is stopping you from collecting information? Do you think you will be identified and troubled later?
If you have the information just mail it to Chief Minister. We read he is taking immediate actions on these issues.
