BMC Parking Contract details for 13 Mathew Road,Charni Road, Mumbai

I would like to know the following regarding  BMC PARKING CHARGES on location-  13 Mathew Road, Charni Road (West), Mumbai-400004

  1. What is the parking charges recovered from the CONTRACTOR by BMC (Brihan Mumbai Corporation) for the aforesaid site- Is it on a lump sum basis collected annually/ Quarterly/ Semi-Annually periodicity ?
  2. Who is the Contractor who has bagged this CONTRACT from BMC ?
  3. Who are the owners / Individuals who are shareholders / partners of the Firm / Company which has bagged the aforesaid contract.
  4. What are the BMC approved tariffs which is chargeable to 4 Wheelers / Two Wheelers ?
  5. Can i have a copy of the latest contract ?

    Dear Sir,
    Please provide the following information under the RTI Act 2005 for the location
    13 Mathew Road, Charni Road (West), Mumbai-400004

    1) Please provide the information on how does BMC recover the parking charges for above mentioned site, from the Contract. Is it on a lump sum basis collected annually/ Quarterly/ Semi-Annually periodicity ?

    2) Please provide the name of the Contractor, who is responsible to collect the BMC parking charges for the year 2011 and 2012

    3) Please provide the exact copy of the BMC tariffs, that should be charges for 4 wheelers and 2 wheelers

    4) Please provide the copy of the contract, that was provided to the company, by BMC to collect the BMC parking charges for the year 2011 and for the year 2012
