Non-compliance in the Services
Who is responsible for the Issue of License to the Retail Business owner in Mira road?
Will I get the name of person in Mira bhayander Municipal corporation, responsible to control the Non-compliance in services by these Retail business owners?
I purchased RO Water Purifier from your ION Exchange DSA in Bhayander. He has promised to provide 4 Services during one year Warranty and Free Replacement of RO and Carbon cartridge. Till now he has given only 2 services and refuse to provide the remaining service with the free replacement.

I think you should lodge a complaint in the consumer court for this.
That is the best course of action for you here
Getting the name of the person/dept. who issued the license to PURE LIFE, will not solve ur problem
Is it good to make the license officer aware of such retailers?
