Whether ministry of women and child development has jurisdiction over Private Medical Colleges?

Under RTI Act 2005 please provide the following information
1.Whether ministry of WCD has jurisdiction over private medical college hospitals
and medical colleges where lakhs of nurses and
thousands of lady doctrs are working in working
conditions not congenial for women?
2 What is the duration of Maternity Leave, these
women employees are eligible for?
3. Whether ministry of WCD collects information from Medical Council
of India regarding compliance of Govt rules? if yes
then how many nurses and lady doctors availed maternity leave
in last three years?
4. MCI has made it mandatory for Medical Colleges to
have creches, but in reality how many colleges have it?
