Respected Sir,
We require information under section 4 of RTI ACT 2005, regarding service details of Y Eswar Prasad .
We need to confirm reservation category of Mr.Eswar Prasad as we have proof of documents his father Sri Y PattabhiRami Reddy belongs to Forward Caste.
As Availing reservation for joining in Govt service drags public interest, I Need the following documents-
- Eswar Prasad’s reservation category /community details, service particulars and his designation
- Photo copies of supporting documents of his community for availing reservation to join in the service.
- Photo copies of enquires he faced if any, or on his reservation category.
- Attested Photo copies of educational certificates produced by Mr.Eswar Prasad .
- Attested copy of Pay Scale and Gross Annual Salary of Mr.Eswar Prasad under Article 4 (1) (b) (ix) & (x) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
Here I am attaching court fee stamp for 10/- as prescribed by GO MS 740 Dt.1.10.2007 of RTI ACT.

RTI Anonymous is platform, meant to file RTI’s for people who perceive threat unto themselves, either physically or in any other fashion
the person is family member of state minister.
lot of his relatives working in various govt deptmnts in high positions with false caste certificates…so there is a threat
