BSNL post paid mobile billing URGENT

Information required under RTI Act,2005 about the billing system for BSNL cell one post paid billing. It is learnt from BSNL billing section that the details of bill for data usage for Jun 2011 to Nov 2011 is being levied from the month of Jan 2012 onwards. Due to this policy most of the customers who have heavy use and not paid are discontinued and ultimately loss to BSNL, as there is no proper recovery source. The information generated and supplied through SMS to 5333 for AMT and BILL is not updated according to use for the current month. The following information under RTI Act,2005 may be furnished ( Form BSNL Maharashtra):-

a) Kindly supply the Names,address,email address and contact numbers of the officers responsible for information generating and sending the billing amount through SMS to 5333 for AMT &/or BILL.

b) Kindly Supply the names of the customer and outstanding amount who’s outstanding were not billed to the customers in time.

c) Kindly supply the names ,address,email address and contact numbers of the officers who are responsible and supposed to generate the bills in time including all the dues of data usage, calls made for the billed month.

d) Kindly supply the rule under which the old dues can be raised after 7-8 months.

e) Kindly supply the name and the authority with address to whom complaint against the officers can be made for the lapse as above i.e a-c

    This is nicely Drafted and can be filed.
    But I do not think, that this RTI application need to filed anonymously and can be filed directly by the original applicant.

    RTI Anonymous is an organization, mean to file RTI’s on behalf of people who feel that they are under physical threat or otherwise
