Sub: Information required as per RTI Act 2005
Dear Sir,
This is with reference to the Civilian Pharmacist and Nurses working in your civilian M.I.Rooms, Civilian Dispensaries, and Naval Hospitals in the three forces
Please provide the following information as per the RTI Act 2005
- Whether the Pharmacist are appointed as per Pharmacy Act 1948
- Please specify there charters of duties or standing orders or working orders of pharmacist are they as per Pharmacy Act 1948
- Is Any Pharmacist performing any nursing duties? If yes please give details why they have been assigned nursing duty which is Breach of Pharmacy Act 1948.
- Please furnish the man power sanctioned for MI Rooms or civilian Dispensaries with less than 10 Beds.
- Who is performing the nursing duties in MI Rooms or civilian Dispensaries with less than 10 Beds where nurses are not employed and also furnish the reason why nurses are not employed?
- Running a medical centre needs a Qualified Doctor, Specialized Nurse, Pharmacist, and a Medical Assistant, is these parameters are followed in your Medical Units.
