Details of school coming up in a residential layout

We need to know about Pemissions the Chaitanya school has taken from various authorities to build on residential land, pemission from fire safety department, because it is proposed to teach from nursery to 8 th from 2012-13 CBSE syllabus . construction is in full swing .
the area is earmarked in cdp for residential purpose and it is not possible now to make change of land use till 2013
proposed to certified copies of permission from TUDA, DC conversion, ETC…. and all usefull information, RTE provision, ETC, ETC,
