2. Copy of minutes of all the managing committee meetings held since inception till Today.
3. Name, address and designation of all managing committee members who have resigned before expiry of their term of office from inception till Today
4. Copy of all notices, minutes, resolutions of different general meetings, Special general body meetings and any meetings held since inception till Today.
5. Copy of audited financial statements of the society from inception till Today
6. Copy of the audit report from inception till Today
7. Copy of land purchase documents on behalf of the society by the promoter and subsequent purchase of land by other authorize managing committee members on behalf of the society
8. List of names of the member / to people whom the loans have been sanctioned by GIC housing Finance and other financial institutions to which the flat/premises and allotment letters have been given by the promoter / managing committee of the society from inception of the society till Today
9. Information required on the action taken on following complaints /representations made by the members / persons to the office of the Registrar / Dy. Registrar / Asst. Registrar office : (a) letter dt.28-Jun-2011 submitted on 29-June-2011 (b) Letter dt 30-Jun-2011 submitted on 1-Jul-2011.
10. Whether the Managing committee members have filed in proper bond as required by the MCS Act and Rules u/s 73(1)AB and copies of the same
