Provide me below mentioned information
1. Kindly provide me copy of all legal opinion given by Assistant public prosecutor new mandi gharsana after 1 January 2011
2. provide me copy of second legal opinion of any legal expert for cases mention in para 1(if second opinion were sought for any reason)
3. Provide me copy of documents which shows section of IPC under which final charge sheet were put in court of law for the cases mentioned in para 1.

    it is the office of prosecution department where legal opinion are given not on merit but on amount of money you put on file .this is small step to expose them.
    kindly make arrangement for filing this RTI.
    there nexus between legal expert & criminal to subvert the process of law .

    We have received communication from the PIO.
    The PIO has refused to give information under the pretext that “the documents asked for are marked as secretive.”
