Sub: Application under the RTI Act, 2005

 

Sir,

Provide the following information regarding “THE UTTAR PRADESH REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE BILL, 2006”

 

1. Provide date from which THE UTTAR PRADESH REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE BILL, 2006 have been implementing in district Aligarh(Uttar Pradesh).
2. Kindly provide the information, marriage registration in uttar pradesh is compulsory or not.
3. Name of the officer responsible if marriage is not registered.
4. Designation of the officers responsible to maintain records of marriage registration in district aligarh as per THE UTTAR PRADESH REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE BILL, 2006.
5. What action can be taken against officers who is failed to maintain marriage record’s as per “THE UTTAR PRADESH REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE BILL, 2006.
6. Please provide information ,Officers responsible for marriage registration will be panelized or not, if marriage is not registered as per THE UTTAR PRADESH REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE BILL, 2006.
7. What action can be taken against people who do not registered his/her marriage as per “THE UTTAR PRADESH REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE BILL, 2006.
8. Number of marriage held in 2012(From jan 2012 to March 2012) in district Aligarh (U.P.).
9. Number of marriage registered in 2012(From jan 2012 to March 2012) in district Aligarh (U.P).

10. Till date (March 2012),Number of person have got punishment to not registered marriage as per  section 7 of  “THE UTTAR PRADESH REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE BILL, 2006.

11. Designation of the officers responsible to check & implementation of  THE UTTAR PRADESH REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE BILL, 2006.

12. If “THE UTTAR PRADESH REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE BILL, 2006” act is not implemented in Aligarh(U.P) by  any reason then please proved the date from which it will be implemented in Aligarh.
