subsidized land allotment in rajasthan

Provide me copy of documents for land allotted to individual or organization at subsidized prices after 1 Jan 1990 in Jaipur district territory by different department of government of Rajasthan with following details.
1. copy of allotment letter
2. Copy of documents showing purpose of allotment.
3. copy of documents showing condition to be fulfilled by individual or organization to eligible for allotment
4. area of land allotted
5. copy of proposals , minutes of meeting on basis of which decision to allot the land were taken
6. Copy of application submitted to authority for allotment of land

    Based on the information provided by RTI-A User, I am changing the tenure of this RTI Application to be from 2010. This way its much easier to obtain the information, without getting huge volumes of it
