Provide me information regarding the District collectors
1. Provide me copy of documents showing entitlement of different facilities as a government employee, which are having financial implication for government.
collector are misusing the government fund for which they are not entitled .by this RTI we will find their entitlement .after that we will ask for actual funds used by them .by this we will came to know regarding misuse of funds.

Please provide me expenditure details of government fund for district collector srigaganagar Rajasthan from 1 April, 2001 to 31 march 2012 with following details
1. Copy of documents showing expenses on travel & tours.
2. Copy of documents showing expenses for official residences.
3. copy of documents showing expenses for office
4. copy of documents showing expenses for stationary
5. copy of documents showing expenses official /unofficial visits
6. Copy of documents showing expenses food, tea, coffee, ration and eatables.
7. Copy of documents showing expenses on & for vehicles used.
8. Copy of documents showing any expenses for or by district collector which is not mentioned in para 1 to 6
9. copy of documents showing reimbursements of fund from government account by district collector
10. provide me copy of documents showing entitlement by district collector to use government funds which are shown in para no 1 to 9
I can sense that this collector is using Government vehicle for personal use and makes personal trips in the name of official trip
1) Copy of Fuel bills of govt. vehicle allocated to collector.
2) copy Trip Log Book for one month ( MARCH 2012 ).
3) Copy of Repair/spare/service bills of govt. vehicle allocated to collector.
4) Copy of bus/train/air tickets that are paid by govt. for the purpose of travel of collector during last 6 months ( OCT 2011 – MAR 2012 )
My experience is that if you ask for copies,you get a reply asking you to deposit a humongous amount towards cost of photocopies.
Initially just ask for the amount spent on say:
1. Fuel bills
2. Amount spent on official tours and non-official tours.
After getting an idea of what was the mis-expenditure, certified copies of the required documents can be asked for.
