1. Attested photocopies (both sides) of all bills/ bouchers/ cash memos etc. for ALL PURCHASES done at your institute during financial year 2011-12.
2. Attested photocopies of Purchase orders placed for ALL PURCHASES done at your institute during financial year 2011-12.
Please provide all above information within one month as stated in section 7(1) of RTI act-2005.

You can make it much simpler..
just ask for All purchase order issued in yr FY 2011 – 2012 and all bills and invoice received during FY 2011-2012
Why you want to hint the PIO of computer purchase issue..
1) Certified Copies of all the purchase orders issued during FY 2011-2012
2) Certified copies of all the bills/invoices received during FY 2011-2012
