Subject : Applicaton for Information under RTI ACT 2005

Respected Sir,

1.As per development Plan sanctioned under Government notification of  Urban Development department no-TPS-1884/1377/CR-2201841(iii) UD7 dated 5/1/87 all roads were developed in Aundh area except one 24 m (80″) from Tejaswini Society to Ambedkar Chowk. Detailed information is required why the road is pending for so many years and is the municipal commissioner aware of the same.

2.Information without dropout is required for s.no 2 are there any boundary issues between Aundh and Baner resulting in delay of 24 mD.P.Road from Tejaswini  Society to Ambedkar chowk .

3.Are there any court cases running for the said road if yes please provide the case no,party name and name of the court and current status of the cases , no detailed information is required regarding court matter.

4.A copy of Notices issued to Road Side slum dwellers located on Ambedkar Chowk To Tejaswini society is required for info

5.Information is required why the signals at Ambedkar chowk has been closed.

6.Please state how much time will be required by the Pmc to develop the Ambedkar Chowk To Tejaswini society road  as we are daily facing inconvenience of traffic jams in the evening time due to narrow road. All Other D.P.Roads and bridge near Aloma county is been on completion path and after there completion there will be traffic chaos if the Ambedkar Chowk To Tejaswini society road is not developed .
