Passport delayed

I applied for my passport in the month of September 2011,20th to be precise,

and the police verification was completed.

Application status as given below

Please help me getting my passport at the earliest as possible.

    Dear Sir,
    I would suggest you file an RTI Application for this .. I have written below a rough draft of the same. Please cp-paste this to a MS Word document and take a printout of the same, after filling out the address etc.
