A wide spread corrupption in the fee reimbersement scheme for SC , ST candidates in SRGI [college of science and engineering] Ambabai , Jhansi , Uttar Pradesh

This is to bring in your notice that , I noticed a wide spread corrupption in the fee reimbursment scheme provided by the
Social Welfare Office , Lucknow , Uttar Pradesh , for Sc and St students studying in SRGI [college of science and engineeri-
ng] Ambabai , Jhansi , Uttar Pradesh .
As some of my friends studing in the above mentioned institute , informed me about the wide spread corrupption they w-
ere facing in the institute . As under the fee reimbursment scheme provided by the state government , students belongi-
ng to SC and ST with low income group are entitiled to it and given full fee reimbursment plus an additonal amount whi-
ch is entitiled to the student . After analysing the situtation i came to know that the finance department officials of the i
-institute are mentaly preassurising the entitiled students of various course for the payment of extra donation and the tution fees already paid by the social welfare office , Lucknow , UP , under the above scheme .
So i need to file a anonymous RTI , to uncover this wide range corrupption in the above mentioned institute . So follow-
ing information is needed by the Social Welfare Office , Lucknow .
(1) What was the total amount of money sancioned to the SRGI [college of science and engineering] Ambabai , during 2010
to 2012 , under the above scheme .
(2) Number and name of the students who were given scholarship under the scheme since 2010 to 2012 .
(3) The amount of money alloted to each student with name and bank detailes , under the scheme since 2010 to 2012 .
(4) Bank detailes of fund transfer to each student of SRGI [college of science and engineering] , since 2010 to 2012 .

Have you filed this RTI with Social Welfare Department received any response?
I am also facing a similar problem of delay in fee reimbursement for session 2010-11 and tried all channels but no luck.
I also talked to Director at Lucknow and District Social Welfare officer of Ghaziabad Mr. Mustaq Ahmed @9871298570 and also to the DM office but regret to say response is not even worth to mention it here.
Can somebody help here ?
