PARTICULARS OF INFORMATION REQUIRED

In compliance to Sub-Section 8 (1) (j) of The Right To Information Act 2005, which provides that the information which cannot be denied to the Parliament or a State Legislature shall not be denied to any person, please provide me the following information as soon as possible & within the time frame as stipulated under the said RTI Act, 2005.

01.     Please provide the exact number of  Term Deposit accounts, that have been opened at Indian Bank’s Tirumangalam Branch, Chennai, during the month of July 2011, by the Ex-officers resigned voluntarily and relieved from the services of Indian Bank in May 2011. 

02.     Please provide, the exact number of accounts, pertaining to Sl. No.01 mentioned above, for which ‘HOLD’ instructions have been given by Human Resource Management Department of Indian Bank

03.     Please provide the total amount involved with respect to the accounts involved in    Sl. No.02 mentioned above, and the reasons for which ‘HOLD’ instructions have been given by Human Resource Management Department of Indian Bank
