i received reply asking me to send 4 rs postal order for 2 page information. I spent 20 rs to speed post that RTI, they replied via speed post spending 20rs n now again m supposed to send 4rs postal order via 20rs speed post and then they will reply via speed post.
Doctors are supposed to be smart and intelligent. What kind of intelligence is this? Things that would have been sorted in 40 rs would now need 80 rs.
