महोदय,
विषय : FY-2006 से FY-2011 तक नालको मैं मांगे गए सारे आर.टी.आई दरखास्त के जानकारी मैं निन्मलिखित बिबरन प्रदान करें:
१) नालको (Along with all unit)मैं बिगत ६ साल मैं ( FY-2006 से FY-2011 तक) आबेदन हूआ आर.टी.आई दरखास्त का बिबरण तिथि के अनुसार
२) नालको कितने दरखास्त का जबाब नहीं दिया ?
३) जबाब नहीं दिया गया दरखास्त का बिषय क्या था और उसके जबाब किस कारण से नहीं दीया गया ?
(भारतीय पोस्टल आर्डर सं ___________ दिनांक __________ ) इस आवेदन के साथ आवेदन शुल्क 10 रुपए का भारतीय पोस्टल आर्डर संलग्न है।
यदि मांगी गई सूचना आपके विभाग/कार्यालय से सम्बंधित नहीं हो तो सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 6 (3) का संज्ञान लेते हुए मेरा आवेदन सम्बंधित लोक सूचना अधिकारी को पांच दिनों के समयाविध् के अन्तर्गत हस्तान्तरित करें। साथ ही अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के तहत सूचना उपलब्ध् कराते समय प्रथम अपील अधिकारी का नाम व पता अवश्य बतायें।
कृपया आप से अनुरोध है कि आवेदन प्राप्ति के बाद 30 दिनो की अवधि समाप्ति होने से पहले सुचना प्रदान करने के लिये सुनिश्चित करे।
मैं घोषणा करता हूं कि मैं भारत का नागरिक हूँ. मै अपना पता / ईमेल आईडी का उल्लेख किया है पत्राचार के लिये।

i dont think framing wise anything wrong but there is a possiblity that PIO get away by saying that REPLY will cause disproportionate allocation of resources so he can take exemption from replying.
Question 2 seems unimportant to me and can be editted. Reply of this RTI will remain equally effective even after deleting Q.2.
Q.2 would cause un-necessary discomfort to PIO
Dear Ankit, in the draft the important thing is the name of subject of RTI. As ur interest and my feeling i have merged the sl no-2 with serial no-1
i m a employee of the said company and u know there are different kind of political based trade union and corrupt officers always engaged with different corruption activities. I don’t want to expose again because when i post a rti directly through the office, the management request me to withdraw my rti indirectly and a trade union leader threatened me to transfer . finally I request u to kindly consider my post that will very helpful to me for future struggle against corruption…MY LAST WORD IS I M VERY ANXIOUS TO FINISH ALL CORRUPTION IN MY COMPANY i.e NATIONAL ALLUMINIUM COMPANY LIMITED.

Dear Anand, First i put it on this forum and after that, i had tried to file this rti through a person and then i quit it from the forum. Later i knew that the person not filed …So i filed the same rti in the forum….though it is a simple rti no one expose to filed because the tendency of filling this matter will be targeted by the management and also the contractor.

Dear Admin, please consider this matter/RTI which is most important to me because NALCO means NATIONAL ALUMINIUM COMPANY LIMITED(Public sector enterprises) is now fully dip in corruption, it will help to aware people against corruption. this place is not healthy to direct fight against management because their intense is too bad for those people, who fight against them/corruption. Please file this RtI PLEASE.
