Sub: Application under the RTI Act, 2005

Sir,

Please provide the following information:

1. List of all complaints received by the NALCO VIGILANCE  during the  period 01.04.2006 to 31.03.2012 containing brief

description of complaint, whether complaint was anonymous, date of complaint, details (name

and designation) of official or authority complained against.

2. Which of the above complaints were rejected immediately and which ones were taken up for

subsequent investigations? Date of initiating investigations or brief reasons for rejecting, as the

case may be.

3. Which one of those taken up for subsequent investigations, have been closed? Brief reasons for

closing each one of them.

4. According to various laws, guidelines, rules, procedures, manuals etc, in how much time should

an investigation be completed after its receipt at NALCO VIGILANCE/CVC ? Please provide copies of such guidelines,

which prescribe time limits for various stages starting from receipt of a complaint up to filing of

prosecution or imposition of penalties.

 

I am depositing the application fee (Rs.10/-) separately. If you feel that above requested information does not pertain to your department then please follow the provisions of Section 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005/Also as per the provisions of the RTI Act, 2005 please provide the details (Name and Designation) of the first appellate authority w.r.t to your department with the reply to the above request., where I may if required file my first appeal.

    I think its fine, except application fees which is 10

    I agree anand, this does not involve any objectionable information. How ever i dont know what is in the mind of applicant. He might be having some concerns thats why he approached RTI anonymous. Both ways its fine. Final call by RTI Anonymous.

      Dear anand & Ankit, i m a employee of the said company and u know there are different kind of political based trade union and corrupt officers always engaged with different corruption activities. I don’t want to expose again because when i post a rti directly through the office, the management request me to withdraw my rti indirectly and a trade union leader threatened me to transfer . finally I request u to kindly consider my post that will very helpful to me for future struggle against corruption…MY LAST WORD IS I M VERY ANXIOUS TO FINISH ALL CORRUPTION IN MY COMPANY i.e NATIONAL ALLUMINIUM COMPANY LIMITED.
