Acceptance of Registered Power of Attorney for “Vardi Book”

The Chief PIO District Collector's Office, At & P.O. - Alibag, District - Raigad Pin - 402 201 (M. S.)

Please let me know if a holder of Registered power of attorney can sign the Vardi Book at  Talati office.

If not, please let me know the legal provisions that prevent this.
