Regarding Partition Deed

Dear Sir,                                                                                                                                                                                       Date:30/04/2012

 

I wish to inform you that we had a Anchester Property (Grand father’s father) that it is in my father name. My father has four children, Now we want to make partition deed, But my younger brother is not interested to make partition deed, But three brothers are agreed.

For, making partition deed all brothers want to sign in partition deed, But he will not come. Is their is any way to solve this problem, Please help me.

    Is their is possible to acquire DC Conventional land by government authorities. If it is possible on which propriety it can acquire.
