RTI Requests

cHIEF Engineer (E), A-Wing,Gr. Floor, Main Administrative Bldg, Juhu Tara Road, Santacruz (West), Mumbai -56.
BSNL Electrical Wing, Mumbai. You are requested to please provide the information and the noted reasons for the following:
1) USO project was completed in 2008,
2) The USO sites were operated through contract basis by Electrical Wing
3) Around 900 sites in Maharashtra were given on contract for operation and huge amount of diesel was used.
4) The earlier contract was closed in 2012, but the bills of the contractors are kept pending. The Contractors and all Executive Engineers/Superintending Engineers and Chief Engineer are silent on the matter, as huge amount of recovery is due against the contractor.
5) Approx Rs 10 lacs to 50 lacs is to be recovered from the contractors per district.  Now New Chief Engineer has joined in 2013 August, but he is also silent.
6) Provide the action taken on the matter for closing the Agreements.
7) Supply the documents/letters and noted reasons for the case pending for so long.

It is request to you please file RTI in the matter, as I cannot file the same on my name everybody knows me. OR PLEASE SEND THE ADDRESS ON WHOSE NAME I CAN FILE FROM MY LOCATION.
