RTI Requests

1.Please provide the exact date of appointment of Shri Rammi Jhingan as Senior Clerk, Lok Sabha Secretariat to the personal establishment of Shri Anand Sharma, presently the Commerce and Industry Minister and previously Minister of State External Affairs

2. Please provide the pay scale of the post of PA in his parent Department

3.Please provide a copy of the document, that indicates the rules of the DoPT for which Mr. Jhingan’s pay is fixed after his appointment in the personal establisbment of Shri Anand Sharma.

4.As per the rules of the DoPT, please provide the details of Mr. Rammi Jhingan’s pay, granted to him wef the date of initial appointment with Shri Anand Sharma in the Ministry of External Affairs, till date

5. Please provide the details of the actual pay drawn by Shri Rammi Jhingan wef the date of initial appointment with Shri Anand Sharma in the Ministry of External Affairs, till date

6. Please provide the details of the excess amount of pay that has been paid Shri Rammi Jhingan during the above period, including Basic Pay, TA, DA and other allowances

7. Please provide the copy of the instructions and  rules (as per the Govt. of India) , that allows Mr. Rammi Jhingan to draw a much higher rate of pay than as prescribed by DoPT instructions.

8. With Respect to the fact that Shri Rammi Jhingan has been irregularly drawing much higher pay than what he was entitled to was noticed and pointed out at any time,  A copy of the notings and the correspondence in this regard may be given.

9. Whether his irregular pay fixation have been vetted by audit? Copy of the vetted version may be given.
