Details of plans approved by Greater Noida Authority on Plot 10, Tech Zone, Yamuna Expressway
Hundreds of investors have been duped by ARN Infrastructure.
In 2009, they sold RESIDENTIAL and COMMERCIAL units in their project GLOBUS BUSINESS PARK at Plot 10, Tech Zone, Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida. They did not start construction till now. ARN had promised to complete the project by September 2011.
This plot is located in SEZ for IT industry. It was allotted to AMPLEX Technology. Amplex gave the rights to ARN infrastructure to develop and sell GLobus Business Park. We suspect that Greater Noida Authority did not sanction Residential Units in this ZONE. But ARN sold residential units to the investors without taking any approval.
Suddenly, a new builder Cosmic Structures Ltd is selling Units of COSMIC CORPORATE PARK at the same plot. Cosmic is telling that they have purchased 70% of the plot from Amplex. We suspect Cosmic is also selling units, without taking any approvals, since a part sale is not allowed.
We want to know about the approvals given to Amplex/ ARN / Cosmic / OTHERS/ for Plot 10, Tech Zone, Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida.
