Mobile Towers

Sir can anybody help me in Framing questions regarding Mobile Towers in Mulund area, How many Mobile towers are installed in Mumbai ?, What are the norms of BMC for Mobile tower installations, what kind of permissions are requred ???

Pls help me to frame questions and also it should be addressed to whom ???

    As per the RTI Act 2005, please provide me the following information

    1) Total number of Cell Phone Towers in Mumbai

    2) Please provide me the copy of document, that indicates the policy of DoT, to provide permission to install the Cell phone Towers

    3) copies of meeting notes/ orders issued /file notings on policy and rules on installation of mobile towers by BMC.
